Pathetic service

I am constantly being phoned, on my unlisted number, by people on mobile networks. They are all saying that they are returning my calls, and that I have called them two or three times, so they thought it was urgent. My number is showing on their phones, when it should not display at all.<br> When I try to explain to them that it's an error at Telkom, or that someone is using my line, they shout and swear at me, because I'm wasting their airtime. I no longer answer my land-line unless I recognise the name, but then I have my phone ringing for ages - and they keep calling back.<br> This started happening on the 13th January 2015, and I reported it on the 15th. I went in to Telkom, and I have tried to escalate the repair, but I have only had a call from a technician who said that he'd report back to Telkom. That was on the 17th.<br> After my complaint on Hello Peter, Wesley Arendse, responded that the matter had been escalated, but I am still being inundated by the calls. NOTHING has been done!
