Pathetic service

I recently took a mobile contract with Telkom from 01 April 2026, the service was cancelled on 07 April 2026, now I am struggling to get TELKOM to send a cancellation refence number and collect the device... I have tried calling Telkom today, and habe been sent from pillar to post.... I have never experinced this pathetic service in my entire life .
