ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE EXPERIENCED! STAYED ON THE LINE FOR ONE HOUR ON THE 11th OF FEBRUARY AT 9AM ONLY TO GET THROUGH TO A WOMAN BY THE NAME OF ANJISWE. SHE REFUSED TO HELP AND HUNG UP. ABSOLUTELY LIVID WITH TELKOM AND THEIR MEDIOCRE METHODS OF CONDUCTING BUSINESS.
