pathetic service

my reference number which i logged with telkom143CWK020215. MY ADSL HAS not been working for almost 2 weeks, my landline has alot of static for a whole month, i phoned telkom but you have to wait almost a whole hour just for someone to speak to you only to be told that they will send a technician within 3 days. only last week thursday a technician comes to my place without letting me know that he was coming, he doesnt have airtime to phone. so fortunately i got home to find him about to leave my front door. he was here for about 15 min and contacted telkom to do an exchange but when he left the fault persisted. now again im trying to contact them with no availability, its going on for a whole month already and they dont come back to me, please assist with this. my cell ***
