Pathetic service

<p>So after almost 2 years of a great experience i took out an additional conyract with Telkom....and behold, an appalling service I received from both the store team at The Glen and the contact centre.</p> <p>Firstly they incorrectly listed the specs of a laptop I took out with them...thank heavens I realised before leaving,I made them aware and instead of resolving the issue for me and coming up with an amicable solution for everyone,the store took it to itself to cancel the contract on my behalf at,apparently,a request I had made.This all I find out as I called their contact centre to follow up ,to this day no one has ever called to let me know of any progress whatsoever as they had said they would do,not even to find out what issue was as I never wanted to cancel.</p> <p>Secondly is a data service I took out where the consultant who assisted me failed to mention that i would be billed for any roaming as the data provided is Telkom only and not all networks,as a result,I sit with an unanticipated bill shock of almost triple what I should have been billed and no 1 can seem to exlaplain except for it's not for all networks.</p> <p>I requested for my itemised bill,which shows a discrepency of almost R100 that still nobody can explain.</p> <p>If these are the business ethics Telkom has,to acquire business under false or undisclosed information,it is a ****py service provider I will never recommend to anyone.</p> <p>Should again I not receive any communication from Telkom,I look to take this further.</p>
