Pathetic service

<p>Fone line down since 12/5/2016 and not working till today 17/5/2016, internet down from this morning </p> <p>Received sms stating its with the technical repair dept. How many days do u take to repair a line and now its adsl and telephone line? Do those so called technicians even kno how to repair? Its going to be 7 days and stil no service but u dont forget to send ur bill. Am i going to be credited for these 7 days cos of ur pathetic service? How many more days do u need to repair the adsl and line? Idiots!!!</p>
