Pathetic service

Telephone line reported on the 15/03/2016 ref 18CRZ150316.<br> <br> After numerous phone calls from myself, family and friends to telkom the fault has been ESCALATED with every call.<br> <br> Problem as explained with every frustrating call.<br> The number is used by my 80 year old mom who looks after my mentally challenged sister.<br> My mom battles with a cellular phone. In a case of emergency my sister has been taught how to contact me on the land line by the number being programmed on the instrument.<br> <br> <br> While typing this I have been holding on to speak to a \SUPERVISOR\" 11 minutes just to be cut-off.<br> <br> absolutely pathetic<br> "
