Pathetic Service!

My internet connection has been off since the 21st of January. I’ve been calling Telkom to have the issue resolved, I’m sure I’ve spoken to over 5 different agents each time I get the same response. I’ve been advised that it’s an area fault and a technician has been sent out to resolve the problem. It is now 10 DAYS LATER AND THE ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. I called once again yesterday and I was told the case has been closed on their end. Not once has Telkom reached out to me to provide feedback on the matter neither has a technician been out to resolve the issue. This is absolutely pathetic customer service as per usual. A client has to do the run around whilst Telkom couldn’t care less.
