Pathetic Service

Missing 1 month at telkom is a nightmare, from R347 installment to R1253.97 just in the period of 1 month. I paid what I thought is due as instructed by 1 of their consultants who gave me incorrect information to use when I pay. My issue is, how many people do they do this to who doesn't have the patience to call telkom all day every day. My account is still locked though I paid and instead of them sorting their internal issues I suffer though I am still liable of paying though I am disconnected. This is really pathetic service. I am aware that I missed 1 payment but this is too much and costing me my job as I work remotely permanent.
