Pathetic service

I bought three phones on contract December 2018 with "telkom insurance" ,I've been up to date since then, my daughter was ****** and they took her phone, I did all the necessary things to claim for the insurance, the service I got is pathetic, no one is getting back us and their stupid call centre is no longer taking our calls.
