PATHETIC SERVICE!

A rating of 1 is still too much.Stay away from Telkom. Their service in store and call center is a disgrace. Turnaround time to transfer an account has moved from 3 days to just over 14 days... going into the 3rd week. Escalation..... yeah right. Pls don't waste your time with telkom.
