Pathetic service

Pathetic service! I regret opening a contract with Telkom. They are the worst telecommunication to deal with. They stopped my insurance without my consent but they still debited my accounts for insurance. Only now when I had to fix my phone I was told that my phone contract has been cancelled due to non payments but I had been paying. I urge whoever wants a cellphone contract to not open one with Telkom.
