Pathetic Service

Still haven't received my order from Telkom and my money back into my account. I have requested for a refund and instead on Saturday, I received an sms saying that my order will be delivered in two days. Order number: thd***7. Till this day no delivery has taken place. I initially made an order on the 24th of November 2020. Just called the courier company and I am being told that I refused my order. How can I refused my order, when nobody contacted me and when I spoke to the courier consultant she dropped the call on my ear. I have never received such a pathetic service from both Telkom and the courier company. I am writing this review with hope that this issue will be resolved. It's so time-consuming and emotionally exhausting to be calling Telkom every single day. I can't keeping on begging Telkom for a good service, it's ridiculous really.
