Pathetic service

Good day My name is Makhi. In March 2021 I took out a Laptop contract at Telkom Garden Route Mall. The laptop came out with a printer. When I found out that the printer is faulty I went back to the store and the gave me a contact number and an email address of Platinum warranty whom was going to arrange a pick a of the printer with me for repairs. Platinum warranty told me the printer is not their product I needed to go back to Telkom to resolve the issue. It's been 3 weeks now and every time I contact or go to the store they promise to come back to me which they never do. I must always contact them for feedback. I am very upset and disappointed with their dismal at that store. It seems to me they only care when one is buying from them and do not care about service delivery. Today I tried to contact their complaints department via email but am not hopeful.
