Pathetic Service

I have a Fibre contract for R720 but for some reason I am billed R899 I have been trying on several occasions to get this sorted out I spoke to different people that refered me to different departments but till to date this has not been sorted. I logged a call sometime last week I was told someone is going to call me to sort my query no one has called CASE NO: ***4 today I called 15/03/2022 I spoke with a very rude consultant by the name of Aviwe. May you please sort my account and credit the difference into my account.
