Pathetic service

Telkom has the most appaling service, they opened insurance without sending me the policy document and now that I'm cancelling they are saying they need 30-day notice yet they cannot even send me proof that I agreed to this insurance (because I didn't) and they offered this insurance last week so where would I get the 30 days to give them notice? HORRIBLE
