PATHETIC SERCVICE

<p>This is truly unacceptable...!! Telkom is just useless.. this is the second review / complaint. A few days ago I had a complaint and till today I have not received any feedback from Telkom. The only response I received was them asking me for my details for them to investigate further. I then sent the details to the email address confirmed and I still haven't received feedback from them. I refuse to call their call center as they are *********** and THEY will not have an answer for me.. I will keep on publishing reviews until my issue is resolved to see if their customers are their main priority. It's almost month end, I have not BEEN REFUNDED still, and they will probably debit my account. IF I do not receive my refund before the last day of the month I HOPE THAT NO DEBIT ORDER WILL GO OFF MY ACCOUNT AS TELKOM STILL HAS MY MONEY. I AM NOT WILLING TO GO ON FOR A MONTH AGAIN DEALING WITH INCOMPETENCE.</p>
