Pathetic Sales Service from Telkom

Hi, I signed up online for a contract on the 16th March. A very friendly person contacted me from Telkom sales an informed me that I will be receiving the device within 7 - 14 days. On the 26th March 2018 the debit order went off my account and I received and sms sating that I will be receiving the device within 3-5 working days. To date 6 April 2017 I have not receive the device. Every time I call telkom the agent online informs me the phone is in a warehouse!!!! awaiting dispatch. This is such poor service. I need the phone to be delivered!!!!
