Pathetic sales service!!!!
<p>I have put in an order for a landline + adsl in my home on the 17 Feb 2017. It is over a month ago and there is still no progress from Telkom. I have called the call centre on numerous occasions and everytime I get a different excuse as to why a technician has not been sent out or why nothing has been done about my order. Firstly i was told there were no DSl ports available, then i was told my details were captured incorrectly, then I was told that my address had to be verified and now I have been told that Telkom cannot verify my address because I live in a complex, however my neighbours have landlines + adsl in their homes, how is this possible?!!</p> <p>Do you not want new busineess?!!!!</p> <p>What will be done about my order???</p> <p>Why can you not just send out a technician to verify my address??</p> <p>How much longer do I have to wait before something is done?</p>
It has now been 7 days since Telkom just sent a standard business generic response stating that someone will look into my complaint and get back to me, which has not happened. Can you please up your service and deal with my request.

It has now been 11 days and still no contact from anyone at Telkom. I have once again called the call centre this morning when I was now told that the reason my order has not been processed is because there are no dsl ports available. Everytime I call to enquire about my order I get a differrnt response/excuse. This is absolutely pathetic!!!!!!
