PATHETIC RESPONSE FROM SALES

<p>I signed up for the September deal of the month on the 27/09/2016. The next day i email to ask how long the process would take, with my email being read and no response. One week later i asked for an update only to find out that digital signatures are not allowed and my order didn't go through. I had to resign the documents and send it through. Upon doing this i was told that i was no longer allowed to take the deal as it was for the month of September and Sepember is over.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please do explain to me why i was not informed in the first place that digital signatures are not allowed, why my email was ignored and why i cannot get a product i signed up for in Spetember?</p>
