PATHETIC REPAIR TURNAROUND TIMES

I reported my telephone as not working to Telkom on the 3 December 2015. As of yet the telephone has not been sorted out. Telkom's service is absolutely pathetic. They also have the audacity to send me SMSes stating how likely I am to recommend Telkom to family and friends. The answer is NEVER as I would not like my family and friends to go through the torture of dealing with a company like Telkom. Telkom is one of the worst companies I had the displeasure of dealing with.
