Pathetic profiling from Telkom

Telkom went from a great company to a company that uses profiling to give only certain customers certain specials. As i used to be a big supporter of their lte smart broadband services, i am very disappointed in them now as they went from a great concept, their old night surfer package, to the new Mo'nice night surfer that is only given to certain customers, after spending hours on the phone trying to get the qualifying criteria. How can a company only give certain clients certain special packages and ignore the rest of the country?
