Pathetic process
App**** for a contract a week ago through the istore. They still have not given me feedback. I'm about to cancel my application because the service is disgusting. Had I known it would take this long I would've app**** with another network. Which im going to do once I cancel this application that's probably still sitting in their inbox. I'm so annoyed because they don't care about people's time.. Or urgency. I'm so ready to cancel and take my money somewhere else. Disgusted.

09 Dec 2020, 19:26First contract and I needed a new phone asap. I heard good things about telkom and thought I might use them coz the network provider I'm currently with honestly just sucks. I knew I would have to wait a few days to get approval but bare in mind it's been a week and I've heard absolutely nothing. I've contacted the istore and all they can tell me is that telkom hasn't sent them any communication and they cant escalate because telkom has even viewed the application yet.... So I still have to wait lord knows how long to view the application and then I still have to wait for them to let me know whether or not it's approved. And then I still have to wait for the actual contract. Then I'll probably have to wait forever for that too.
