PATHETIC POOR SERVICE AND *********** LAZY STAFF

I was recently contacted by Sinegugu from the Telkom new contract department, offering me a new phone. The sale went well and she was most helpful. The nightmare starts thereafter because Telkom did 3 credits for the next 3 days on my name for 1 contract application. Further to this I called the new applications department to resolve the matter whom referred me to the billings department as apparently they do not have access to credit bureaus. After speaking to 4 different people from each department someone did assist however the matter still persists, no one is resolving me credit scoring that had been reduced because of unnecessary credit checks by Telkom. Few days later I receive my new phone, I requested a number porting from Mtn to Telkom, almost 2 weeks later, I have no access to my new contract as the porting is not complete, my credit scoring was reduced by 14 points which no one is making any effort to rectify. The biggest joke is I used to work for this company that is contracted to Telkom, fortunately my department was never this ***********, I also have 2 existing Telkom contracts that is up for renewal in a few months, after this **** poor service I am unsure of my future patronage to Telkom. Warren David a friend an ex colleague did help however was unable to further assist due to other departments not willing to resolve the matter timeously. I expect a competent person to call me, remove the 2 extra credit checks from my name on Experian and other credit bureaus. Secondly ensure my port in number is activated so I may use my new contract or collect this phone and cancel this line. Lastly, link all my cellphone accounts under one monthly account, I now have another profile created on NGN, meaning I am going to be billed separately for the new line, WHY IS THE SERVICE LEVELS DROPPED AND *********** STAFF JUST DOING AS THEY PLEASE WITH THE CUSTOMERS DETAILS IF THIS IS PROBLEM IS NOT RECTIFIED TODAY..... COLLECT THIS USLESS PHONE AND SIM CARD OR I WILL DROP IT OFF IN UMBILO.
