Pathetic Poor Non Delivered Service!!!

Telkom, good day, This is a reply from an unhappy client! its sad that one has to revert to a public forum to allow the message to sink. I am being threatened by debt collectors on behalf of Telkom, why because I refuse to pay services never rendered. Since August 2018 when Telkom neglected to complete my contract, and failed to deliver. Twice online disputes was ruled in my favour, now my new bill repeats the same mistake! June and July's bills repeats the same mistake. Again I am being billed for a service never delivered. I have registered an online request to cancel the service in full. 2 weeks ago I received a call from the Client Liaison to plea to keep the service, I declined! Was informed a different department will inform me of my Final bill. Since Yesterday Telkom's toothless dogs have been chasing me to collect R648.00, how pathetic!! no wonder this state parastatal is on the brink of collapse. It is on record I will pay what I owe Telkom once I receive my final correct bill in writing!!!
