Pathetic People Skills

After viewing Telkoms recent TV ad with regards to the Huawei P8 Lite, i decided to get a contract from them. I took all necessary documentation to their Chatsworth store. I subitted all the documentation and was told that stock would be in around a weeks time. I would receive a call to pick up. A week passed with no call. I tried calling the store but no answer. Went into the branch to check and met a rude assistant with no people skills. She said that no stock had arrived. I understood that so i asked for their landline number. She quipped that she can give me the number but nobody will answer. I left. Second vist after another week of waiting. Met the manageress who took my details and said an sms would be sent daily informing me of their stock. Nothing at all received. Went in for the third time after one month of patient waiting. Met by the rude assistant again. Ask to meet the manageress to query stock. The assistant rudely stated, \If theres no stock
