PATHETIC, PATHETIC, PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Horrible and pathetic still does not describe the experience - these words are most definately not sufficient. This is not my first time complaining - this has been going on for 6 months now, and still nothing is being done by telkom!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When will my refund be processed?????????????????????? I've been sending the e-mails over and over and over and over again, but absolutely no response!!!!! Can I please get some proper answers for a change?</p>
