<p>Almost 2 weeks and logging 3 faults after receiving SMS's stating service has been restored yet my landline is still down & my DSL still intermittent.</p> <p> </p> <p>Called twice by telkom & told by telkom they would get a technician to actually come & physically investigate ... NOTHING. No technician!!! And then I get an SMS to say service restored!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Did I forget mention that I got an SMS to say service restored, yet landline still not working & DSL intermittent!</p> <p> </p> <p>Don't even try the online chat! I refer to the review title to state what kind of help was received there.</p> <p> </p> <p>Perhaps I should go down to the police station first thing tomorrow morning & lay charges against Sipho Maseko for ***** & theft?</p>
