Pathetic, pathetic!!!

The one star is misleading. Telkom in Mountain Mill in Worcester doesn't deserve it. Their "service" are absolutely pathetic. They don't even have the decency to respond to my previous review. At this moment I am so frustrated with all of them. Why can this so called Telkom service center still be allowed to operate? The best outcome will be if they close down. Not one of the so called staff deserve their salaries. Like previously stated I'm losing business because of their lackluster approach to my problem. Enough is enough and I can and I will take action against them.
