Pathetic Parastatal service provider

<p>Again, as suspected another empty promise from the poor idiot answering all Telkoms *********** compalins with a sorry and a reference number</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke today to Mosima, who decided again to cut my line, see chat attached</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a Telkom statement dated 1 April 2017, the statement indicates I am in Credit with R1000, and I have an amount due of R398 payable on the 2 May 2017, so now I have received a message stating that if I do not pay my arrears of R1192.98, my service will be interupted. Now this clever person tells me that I have to pay an arear amount, some money for this month and a R200 for my debit order which was unpaid on my account that accoding to my Invoice is in a credit. Now this poor person appointed will give me yet another I am so sorry bull**** excuse, with another meaningless message of I will escalate this to management ( which I learned means i will dump this in the ****bin as soon as I have rep**** to you) as the prvious 4 times no management replies were received in a period of over two months.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now that my good friends on Hello Peter is what I mean for Telkom, I have two numbers with Telkom, I left Vodacom because of all the empy promises Telkom made and are not a happy customer, same as lot of other I see on this site.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Help desk which you are forced to go to, is *********** or the people printing the invoices are incompetend, I dont know, maybe the accounts department dont exist, or they are part of a plot to enrich Telkom, I dont know. What I do know is that they dont care about customers and customer satsifaction.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked the help desk lady if I can forward her the invoice, she decided it is better to cut our line.....wow, so professional</p> <p> </p> <p>My dear friwnd (Telkom Pawn) that will be used to answer thgis yet with another pathetic I am sorry and a reference number, please shove it where the sun dont set, give me a number or a name where I can take my contract and phones and shove it where the sun dont shine.</p> <p> </p> <p>My Invoice and chat attached</p>
