Pathetic! Overdebiting again!!!!

<p>Seems like it is becoming a habit to debit me incorrectly. Last month I had to wait weeks just for you to reactivate my service as you are unable to read your bank statements and see that payment was in fact made, now I find you debit me over R 400 for a debit that should only be R 199. Apparently its due to your debit bouncing but in case you need help reading, I paid my due amount in cash way in advance yet you still want to debit me over R 400 on a penalty even though you received your money way before your debit date!!!!!!!!!!! Pathetic to the point where I dont want to use your service no more. You need to pay me back the difference very quickly. I cant keep having issues with you and my account. Surely you must have a system in place to see if payments are received!!!! I did the webchat thing and I was promised this will be sorted out before the debit is due to run and to my surprise no phone call and no correcttion to my debit amount. Been more than 3 days since I spoke to the call centre staff. Not on!</p>
