Pathetic Once Again

<p>Once again Telkom has failed to deliver. Its been over a month and I've got no voice service from telkom. My ADSL and fax lines seem to be working though. I can not manage without voice lines as i am running a business here. Telkom agents have no idea whats going on nor do they have any idea what they are doing. I have no means of calling them as I am not going to pay to be on hold so long with my cell phone. I've asked them to call back on the chat service and I have had no joy. Can somebody please help?</p>
