Pathetic on disputes

Dispute on my billing lodged on the 4th of Jan, till today STILL NO FEEDBAC****! My debit must go off tomorrow!!!! Now you want me to pay for a fault on your side!!!! I would have had feedback weeks ago, then again yesterday!!! No one ever phoned me back from the creditors department as promised this would have been resolved before tomorrow !!! Bunch of *****s!!!
