Pathetic non-existent customer service from Telkom

Pathetic non-existent customer service from Telkom. Fault logged on 17th February 2018 and still no response. I have made several phone calls to 10210. Each time I receive the same response - "Sorry we cant help you as there is no technician that has been allocated" 18 Days later and still no technician allocated? Pathetic service!
