Pathetic non existence service

I am moving premises and trying to have my fibre line moved for the past 3weeks to no avail. Twice my request was canceled without me being informed as the premises does not have openserve even though I am literally moving to the complex next door and is on openserve coverage. Was told I need to move to vumatel. The agent processed the order and a week later when I followed up was told to call vumatel. Vumatel asked me to call telkom. Called telkom back then was told they will escalate. Nothing happened. Called telkom again. Was told the agent ordered the router and not the fibre line. They would escalate. Called again was told the agent made a mistake with price. Vumatel suddenly changed prices yet on their website nothing has changed. Again told they would escalate. 3weeks on and I cannot move to my new house because of *********** agents.
