Pathetic (no) service

<p>The Internet at my mother's place has been ridiculously slow for the last about 5 months, I kept on complaint and yet not one ever did anything, whatever call was logged kept on getting closed. I have identified the issue as very slow upload speeds to the degree that I can't even send a picture on WhatsApp and my Internet browsing is painfully slow though video streaming moves fine. Please help me as my mobile Internet bill is Sky rocketing because of this. </p>
