Pathetic. No service

On 17/09/2017 I lodged a complaint after several weeks of trying to cancel my contract.....to date, I have STILL not received any assistance. This company is absolutely ridiculous. If I had any doubts about leaving Telkom for another service provider before, trust me, I don't have doubts any more. Pathetic service is an understatement
