Pathetic! No landline or ADSL service since 24 December

My landline and ADSL is out of service since the 24th December. It was reported and is still not fixed. No feedback, no response and no updates! We have escalated it - still nothing. How long will it take to get some service? And I hope Telkom will credit me for the non-existent service for the past month too
