Pathetic Network speed for LTE

Telkom is the worst network provider in this country, they have the worst signal,the worst network speed, they have the worst service and call center I have ever face. they are ***********, unprofessional and lack the s**** to help a client with Telkom issues. I have an LTE router and data with Telkom. I was promised a 20mbps line. I have been averaging 300kbps that is download and upload speed. I cannot use my internet for anything, I log a few cases and it been over a month and my issue has not been sorted out.

I urge everybody to not trust Telkom they seem cheap but product and service are not worth it. Don't go with Telkom you will regret it. You will be left frustrated for months just as I am. I will be canceling my contract with them Due to the breach of contract, false advertising and poor products and services.
