Pathetic Network /Service

wish there was a minus 3 cause that's what i will give telkom LTE , absolutely pathetic network . I stream stuff and a 1 hour program takes me 2 hours to watch with all the buffering... numerous complains however as usual nothing ever gets done , why? after you take your contract they don't give 2 damns .... that's wonderful service.
