Pathetic Network Provider

The most ********** network to be doing business with. I specifically told the sales person to put a R1 additional spend limit on my contract, to which they confirmed it had been done. I then got a bill for R2000 because that was the spend limit i had chosen!!! WHEN???? Imagine there are customers out there that got this bill and couldn't afford it??? They would be left in a horrible predicament and Telkom would not be bothered!!!!!!!!!!
