Pathetic Network

I am really tired of Telkom as they at it again, yesterday I called them 3 times because I have a problem with my whatsapp data which is reflecting on my account but I am unable to use. When the 1st of the month hits I get 1gig of data plus whatsapp data as per norm but no yesterday my whatsapp data was just reflecting on my account but unable to use it. On my 3rd I was advised that most people are experiencing the same problem as myself but funny enough it's the 2nd day and it seems like no one is attending to my problem. Another call center agent told me that my sum card has been disconnected and an sms should follow to connect me back. Telkom is the worst network by far, yes its cheap but the service is pathetic and I need to be compensated for such an astonishing behavior as it seems that even my 1gig was depleted coz of it also being used for whatsapp which is wrong coz I do have data for whatsapp. Now I have to play the waiting game for this issue to be resolved.
