pathetic network and excessive data consumption

i have been putting this off for way too long. giving telkom mobile a chance cause for a while they were good. but as of late their network starts, between november and december you would buy one gig of data which would literally last 2 days for on your anytime data bundles but your night surfer would last a year. i think what really grinds my axe is that this morning i bought 1 gig , mind you i had data prior to purchasing the 1gig. so i buy this gig do a software upgrade after restarting my phone then guess what instead of my night surfer being used up cause it was 6.30am today the 27th of january 2020., all of my anytime data is used up and now im stuck with over 2 gigs of night surfer?????. automatically and common sense should mean that because its before 7.am my night surfer should be used up first. if it werent for my 24 month contract i would cut my losses. telkom mobile is really becoming a nightmare.
