Pathetic network

I’ve been using Telkom mobile for over a year now and the network is pathetic! I’ve called in several times to tell the customer service agents to send me settings to improve my coverage as I have slow lagging internet all the time just 1 bar on an iPhone 7!!!! I buy tons of data I have a prepaid sim but can’t enjoy it because of Telkoms pathetic network on top of that they are such ******* to be increasing my contract with so much interest but never take my calls or address my emails to cancel my contract and stop charging me interest for an unused service I’m now going to take legal action because I’m being abused by Telkom and contact the ombudsman to deal with them
