Pathetic N1 city telkom

Pathetic! Absolutely pathetic. A consultant named Riyaaz assisted me when I took out my contract and he somehow managed to overlook the proof of address documents I gave him. So I received statements with the incorrect address. To make matters worse, he sent wrong information to finrite (Telkom insurance company) as well. He sent them a wrong address and an incorrect cellphone number. I went to the store to ask him to fix it and he promised he would, and said he would let me know once everything is in order. He never called me back, when I received documents from the insurance company afterwards, he still didn't send them my corrdct cellphone number. I tried calling the store numerous times but none of their numbers are working. Very disappointed. I am still struggling to get them to send the correct details to their insurance company.
