Pathetic LTE speeds

<p>I signed up for the smartbroadband LTE 20+20 last year. The first few months were ok. I got between 15-20Mbps download speed. Over the past few weeks it has been absolutely pathetic. It goes from 1-4Mbps download speed on LTE. All I get told by the service team is to restart the router which does nothing to rectify my problem. I have 3bars of LTE signal on my router and I am only 700m from the nearest tower. I pay every month for decent speeds. My upload speeds are pathetic aswell, nothing more than 2Mbps. I have had to change my router settings to 3G to actually get 10Mbps and be able to do anything and that is not what i signed up for. </p>
