Pathetic ***** and *********** Staff

I ran out of data bundles - got onto my TELKOM APP and bought 10GB's. Got an SMS as well as an email from Telkom confirming my purchase however my sim was never recharged. Called telkom and was on the phone for over and hour and STILL NO DATA . I asked for a refund and was told SORRY telkom does not do refunds. So yeah TELKOM ****** me of R149.00
