Pathetic levels of signal and service

I visited the Telkom store at The Glen shopping centre on the 09th of September 2017. My purpose was to secure the new 10GB deal that Telkom was advertising on television. I was assisted by a very friendly gentlemen, i.e. Wayne McDonald. He asked me a couple of questions around the purpose I would need the data for, ie. for my IPad, and to also create a personal hotspot for my cellphone when needed. As I travel throughout Gauteng,He advised that I should rather just take the 5GB daytime and 5GB nighttime contract, as on this contract Telkoms's network will link to MTNs if the signal drops below the speed of LTE. I took the contract. The guy was extremely helpful. But that is where it ended. Since inception of this contract, I have not had a LTE signal level once on my iPad. In the area where I work, i.e. Bedford, I do not have any signal on my iPad. My cellphone (which is on the MTN network) show LTE. How is this possible? I went onto Telkom's site a couple of times, and if the site works, I would try and communicate with them. I have taken photos of the communications (those that I manage to access). As soon as they pick up I have a complaint, they stop responding to me. The consultant's name was Mduduzi Ndlovu (24 January at 08h33). One two occasions now I have been contacted by two Telkom mobile employees (ones name was Tammy-Lee I think). I told them I am not interested in new deal or any upgrade, as my concerns raised were not resolved. Both of them endeavored to investigate and come back to me. Nothing thus far. That is more than 5 weeks ago. I am at a point now where I will be cancelling my debit order, and wehere I would like to be refunded for my monthly subscription for the last 5 months. I mean how do I solve this if the company purposely ignores my calls for help.
