Pathetic lack of service

<p>Saturday 2July 2016 we went to the Telkom mobile shop in Greenstone mall to do an upgrade. Today is the 6th of Julle and still the service has not been activated. The phone in store is never answered which resulted in us having to drive there everyday as the customer support staff keep on telling us the problem must be fixed instore and the store keep on PROMISING us that the problem will be fixed in 24 hours. Still no service and also no explanation as to what the problem actually is. Now what??????? </p>
