Pathetic jellyfish company
The star is only because i have to choose one as telkom is the worst company ever! My service is interrupted bit my account is paid in full!! Telkom took R1500 from my account per debit order on Friday without letting me know they gonna take the money early.(its supposed to go of the last day of the month) so obviously there was not enough money in my account and i made a eft payment for the rest on Monday. But now my service has been blocked. Best of all you are instructed to ohone the call centre but how the fricken hell must you do that because the nr for those calls also have been blocked. If Telkom do not restore my service before the end of business today I will completely stop paying my account as I feel a damn now any further and I will take them to icasa for breach of contract! I told the call centre awhile ago i want to cancel the debit order but they keep in taking money of my account. Listen closely Telkom. I will even close my bank account to get rid of you! As ny account is up to dat and none of those payments reflects on my statement and to top it all I cannot phone you and the most pathetic Telkom app chat service is NEVER working!!!!! For weeks on end now. I requested a detailed usage report via email. Also nothing. For weeks now. But you have the audacity to cut off my paid account. Just dont restore my service before end if business today and you will see how telkom loose any future payments! I am sick and tired of this pathetic company whomis quick to take but slow to give!
Oh and yes plus my showmax subscription that should be R69 a month is charged at R100 a month and the night surfer data that should be available from 12 o clock never is available from 12 o clock. Most of the time only half an hour or more after 12. Isnt that *****ing from your clients Telkom?
I also would like to know, publicly, if you use up the all time data first, even if its after midnight before you start using the night surfer data. You can blacklist me all you want but i wont pay you one cent further untill all my queries have been solved and responded to. Your fb page also is a joke as NO ONE ever answers the messages. Even though you advertise that channel as available for queries.
